Walking with God:
Walking With God was written to
encourage Christians to
serve God by achieving and maintaining physically fit bodies. Everyone is different and some are limited as
to how much physical activity is possible. All
that God asks of us is that we do the best we can with
what we have.
Physical fitness
concepts are then utilized to demonstrate
how we can better serve God spiritually. We
can gain strength to grow spiritually by applying the
physical
principles to our serving God.
The book has
suggested physical and spiritual activities to
help the reader remain active in the study of serving God.
The scriptures used in the book have been
compiled in files for quick use. There
are also recording forms for a fitness program, and a Bible reading
schedule
provided.
